【測試原理】

本試劑盒采用雙色系統，包含在測試帶上預先涂有MERS-CoV Ag抗體的膜條。 本試劑盒可以高精度地鑒定s的MERS-CoV抗原。

【樣品收集和儲存】

1.痰標本

樣品應在收集后盡快測試。當樣品必須儲存時，將樣品用痰液收集杯收集起來，可儲存于冷庫（2?8℃）保存2?3天或-20℃保存1周。

2.當采集樣品立即進行實驗，可以得到更精確的結果。

【實驗程序】

制備

1.測試前將試劑盒和患者樣品置于室溫。

2.在準備好進行測試之前，不要打破箔袋的密封。

操作流程

1.本試驗應在室溫下進行，待試劑儲存于冷庫中時，在15?30分鐘的試驗前，將試劑置于室溫下，使其與室溫相同。當試劑在室溫下儲存時，可立即打開并使用。

2.將痰液填滿線，并用一次性滴管將250?轉移到2mL管中。

3.將5滴測定緩沖液1放入2mL試管中。

*不要重復使用混合的測定緩沖液。

4.關閉管帽進行樣品預處理，30秒內強力搖動管。 （使用漩渦約10秒）。

5.取測定緩沖液2直到新的滴管頸，兩次轉入2mL管（總體積800?）

*為避免污染測定緩沖液2，滴管不要接觸2mL管。

6.關閉管帽進行樣品預處理，在10秒內強力搖動管。 （使用漩渦約5秒）。

*一旦稀釋液被提取，應立即測試混合的測定緩沖液。

1. 使用一次性滴管，將3滴（約120?150?）上清液加入樣品孔（S）。在測試完成并準備閱讀之前，不要處理或移動測試設備。
2. 在20分鐘內讀取結果，不要在30分鐘后讀取結果。

【結果解釋】

陰性結果：

在結果窗口中只有一個紫色/紅色帶表示陰性結果。

陽性結果：

在結果窗口中存在兩個色帶（“C”波段和“T”波段），無論首先出現哪個波段，都表示肯定的結果。

無效結果：

如果在執行測試后，紫色/紅色帶在結果窗口內不可見，則認為結果無效。建議對樣品進行重新測試

【解釋注意事項】

該試劑盒用于檢測MERS-CoV抗原初步篩選試驗。該試劑盒可以提供測試的快速性和容易性，但由于幾個因素引起的假陽性或假陰性結果的可能性不能*排除。因此，確定的臨床診斷不應基于單次檢測的結果。結果必須通過臨床癥狀，上位證診斷檢查和醫生意見進行zui終診斷。

【警告和注意事項】

1.僅用于體外診斷用途。

2.處理標本時不要同時吃東西或抽煙。

3.試劑盒濕度較弱;所以密封袋拆開后盡快做實驗。

4.對所有樣品，試驗裝置和可能受污染的材料進行凈化處理，如同在生物危害容器中具有傳染性。

5.處理標本時應戴防護手套，試驗后要洗手。

6.反復凍融多次時，可能導致假陽性或假陰性。

7.實驗中使用的固體廢物經121℃高壓滅菌1小時后棄去

8.實驗中使用的廢液必須在用1％次氯酸鈉處理1小時后才能將其傳染性大量丟棄。

9.如果袋子損壞或密封破損，不要使用測試工具包。

飛行計劃應確定應急或意外轉移機場，并提前與當局協調。
任務結束后，AMT小組應向醫務主任提供以下信息：任務號碼/日期;基地/飛機地址;病人運送時間;特派團人員的姓名，和機組人員職位（包括提供直接病人護理的時間）;以及感染控制預防措施中任何*的違規行為的描述。
AMT服務應負責對特派團人員進行任務后監測的人員，并向AMT服務醫療主任報告結果。
建議的任務人員對MERS感染患者無保護地接觸，應在zui后一次與患者接觸后，向其主管監測并立即向其主管報告任何急性病癥狀或癥狀14天。
地面/機上應急程序

The flight plan should identify emergency or accidental relocation of the airport and coordination with the authorities in advance.
Upon completion of the mission, the AMT team should provide the Chief Medical Officer with the following information: mission number / date; base / aircraft address; patient transport time; mission personnel's name, contact details and crew positions including the provision of direct patient care; As well as a description of any generally accepted violation in infection control prevention.
The AMT service should designate personnel responsible for post-mission monitoring of mission personnel and report the results to the AMT Services Medical Director.
It is recommended that designated mission personnel have no protective exposure to MERS-infected patients and should be monitored by their supervisor after their last contact with the patient and immediay reported to their supervisor any symptoms or symptoms of acute illness for 14 days.
