【產(chǎn)品介紹】

MERS冠狀病毒：中東呼吸綜合征冠狀病毒（MERS-CoV）是與感染患者的嚴(yán)重肺綜合征和腎衰竭相關(guān)的新鑒定的人冠狀病毒。 MERS影響呼吸系統(tǒng)（肺和呼吸管）。 多數(shù)MERS患者出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重急性呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病，發(fā)熱，咳嗽和呼吸短促。

【測(cè)試原理】

本試劑盒采用雙色系統(tǒng)，包含在測(cè)試帶上預(yù)先涂有MERS-CoV Ag抗體的膜條。 本試劑盒可以高精度地鑒定s的MERS-CoV抗原。

【樣品收集和儲(chǔ)存】

1.痰標(biāo)本

樣品應(yīng)在收集后盡快測(cè)試。當(dāng)樣品必須儲(chǔ)存時(shí)，將樣品用痰液收集杯收集起來(lái)，可儲(chǔ)存于冷庫(kù)（2?8℃）保存2?3天或-20℃保存1周。

2.當(dāng)采集樣品立即進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)，可以得到更精確的結(jié)果。

【實(shí)驗(yàn)程序】

制備

1.測(cè)試前將試劑盒和患者樣品置于室溫。

2.在準(zhǔn)備好進(jìn)行測(cè)試之前，不要打破箔袋的密封。

操作流程

1.本試驗(yàn)應(yīng)在室溫下進(jìn)行，待試劑儲(chǔ)存于冷庫(kù)中時(shí)，在15?30分鐘的試驗(yàn)前，將試劑置于室溫下，使其與室溫相同。當(dāng)試劑在室溫下儲(chǔ)存時(shí)，可立即打開(kāi)并使用。

2.將痰液填滿線，并用一次性滴管將250?轉(zhuǎn)移到2mL管中。

3.將5滴測(cè)定緩沖液1放入2mL試管中。

*不要重復(fù)使用混合的測(cè)定緩沖液。

4.關(guān)閉管帽進(jìn)行樣品預(yù)處理，30秒內(nèi)強(qiáng)力搖動(dòng)管。 （使用漩渦約10秒）。

5.取測(cè)定緩沖液2直到新的滴管頸，兩次轉(zhuǎn)入2mL管（總體積800?）

*為避免污染測(cè)定緩沖液2，滴管不要接觸2mL管。

6.關(guān)閉管帽進(jìn)行樣品預(yù)處理，在10秒內(nèi)強(qiáng)力搖動(dòng)管。 （使用漩渦約5秒）。

*一旦稀釋液被提取，應(yīng)立即測(cè)試混合的測(cè)定緩沖液。

1. 使用一次性滴管，將3滴（約120?150?）上清液加入樣品孔（S）。在測(cè)試完成并準(zhǔn)備閱讀之前，不要處理或移動(dòng)測(cè)試設(shè)備。
2. 在20分鐘內(nèi)讀取結(jié)果，不要在30分鐘后讀取結(jié)果。

【結(jié)果解釋】

陰性結(jié)果：

在結(jié)果窗口中只有一個(gè)紫色/紅色帶表示陰性結(jié)果。

陽(yáng)性結(jié)果：

在結(jié)果窗口中存在兩個(gè)色帶（“C”波段和“T”波段），無(wú)論首先出現(xiàn)哪個(gè)波段，都表示肯定的結(jié)果。

無(wú)效結(jié)果：

如果在執(zhí)行測(cè)試后，紫色/紅色帶在結(jié)果窗口內(nèi)不可見(jiàn)，則認(rèn)為結(jié)果無(wú)效。建議對(duì)樣品進(jìn)行重新測(cè)試

【解釋注意事項(xiàng)】

該試劑盒用于檢測(cè)MERS-CoV抗原初步篩選試驗(yàn)。該試劑盒可以提供測(cè)試的快速性和容易性，但由于幾個(gè)因素引起的假陽(yáng)性或假陰性結(jié)果的可能性不能*排除。因此，確定的臨床診斷不應(yīng)基于單次檢測(cè)的結(jié)果。結(jié)果必須通過(guò)臨床癥狀，上位證診斷檢查和醫(yī)生意見(jiàn)進(jìn)行zui終診斷。

【警告和注意事項(xiàng)】

1.僅用于體外診斷用途。

2.處理標(biāo)本時(shí)不要同時(shí)吃東西或抽煙。

3.試劑盒濕度較弱;所以密封袋拆開(kāi)后盡快做實(shí)驗(yàn)。

4.對(duì)所有樣品，試驗(yàn)裝置和可能受污染的材料進(jìn)行凈化處理，如同在生物危害容器中具有傳染性。

5.處理標(biāo)本時(shí)應(yīng)戴防護(hù)手套，試驗(yàn)后要洗手。

6.反復(fù)凍融多次時(shí)，可能導(dǎo)致假陽(yáng)性或假陰性。

7.實(shí)驗(yàn)中使用的固體廢物經(jīng)121℃高壓滅菌1小時(shí)后棄去

8.實(shí)驗(yàn)中使用的廢液必須在用1％次氯酸鈉處理1小時(shí)后才能將其傳染性大量丟棄。

9.如果袋子損壞或密封破損，不要使用測(cè)試工具包。

儲(chǔ)存于1?40℃。保質(zhì)期在制造日期后24個(gè)月。

既然治療困難，那預(yù)防一定是有意義的。根據(jù)WHO及中國(guó)衛(wèi)生計(jì)生委對(duì)于防控中東呼吸綜合征的建議：
1、預(yù)赴中東地區(qū)的民眾，應(yīng)注意個(gè)人衛(wèi)生和手衛(wèi)生，盡量避免密切接觸有呼吸道感染癥狀的人員，避免接觸動(dòng)物及其排泄物，用一次性紙巾和洗手，減少與當(dāng)?shù)厝私佑|，咳嗽講究禮節(jié)，咳嗽和打噴嚏時(shí)，捂鼻捂嘴。
2、自中東地區(qū)入境的民眾，如出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱或流涕、咳嗽、咽痛等呼吸道癥狀，應(yīng)主動(dòng)通報(bào)邊檢防疫人員，配合接受檢疫及后及時(shí)就診。返國(guó)14天內(nèi)，如出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱或呼吸道癥狀，應(yīng)佩戴口罩盡快就醫(yī)，并避免乘坐公共交通工具前往醫(yī)院，應(yīng)主動(dòng)向醫(yī)護(hù)人員告知近期旅游史及當(dāng)?shù)乇┞妒罚员愕玫郊皶r(shí)的診斷和治療。
世界衛(wèi)生組織2013年5月28日宣布，世衛(wèi)組織已接受病毒分類委員會(huì)冠狀病毒研究小組的建議，將名稱定為“中東呼吸系統(tǒng)綜合征冠狀病毒”，并在一期疫情通報(bào)中使用了這一新名稱。
