尼古丁(Nicotine)是煙草中的主要生物堿,是導致吸煙成癮的物質動因,也是評價人體攝入煙草煙霧的常用指標。但因為尼古丁半衰期短,無法作為標志物檢測,其代謝物可替寧因為半衰期長作為吸煙和戒煙的標志物。
