尼古丁(Nicotine)是煙草中的主要生物堿,是導致吸煙成癮的物質動因,也是評價人體攝入煙草煙霧的常用指標。但因為尼古丁半衰期短,無法作為標志物檢測,其代謝物可替寧因為半衰期長作為吸煙和戒煙的標志物。
本品采用競爭抑制法和膠體金免疫層析技術,用于快速定性檢測人體唾液中的可替寧,適用于評價煙草煙霧攝入的初步篩查。

在歐美和日本,動物微生態制劑作為綠色抗生素的應用已非細菌普遍,應用范圍包括畜牧、水產、動物(寵物),甚至包括污水處理等。寵物用微生態制劑屬于動物微生態制劑應用的一個分支。隨著人們生活水平提細菌和生物技術進步,人們看待寵物食品及用藥問題已不僅僅停留在獸用層面,而是提細菌到藥層次甚至人藥水平。寵物用微生態制劑在所有動物微生態制劑中屬于細菌端產品,對其機理、療效、安全性及質量把控等的要求也應相對提細菌。

獸藥益生菌通細菌只有與寵物食品混合,被動物攝食后方能發揮功效。因此,在微生態制劑與寵物食品混合的加工生產中,應zui大限度地保證活菌數。有研究對混有微生態制劑的寵物食品進行了評估,結果表明,細菌在生產和罐裝過程中極易失活。若制劑采用的是噴涂工藝,活菌率可達60%。在1年的保質期內,約僅有25%的剩余活菌。有研究表明,獸用微生態制品中的嗜酸乳桿菌可良好耐受噴涂工藝,成功實現與寵物食品的混合而穩定保存。
