【預期用途】

尼古丁(Nicotine)是煙草中的主要生物堿，是導致吸煙成癮的物質動因，也是評價人體攝入煙草煙霧的常用指標。但因為尼古丁半衰期短，無法作為標志物檢測，其代謝物可替寧因為半衰期長作為吸煙和戒煙的標志物。

本品采用競爭抑制法和膠體金免疫層析技術，用于快速定性檢測人體唾液中的可替寧，適用于評價煙草煙霧攝入的初步篩查。

【主要組成成份】

• 可替寧檢測試劑盒（40人份）：每人份鋁箔袋單獨包裝。其中試劑盒由金標可替寧單克隆抗體、可替寧-BSA結合物、羊抗兔IgG多克隆抗體、硝酸纖維素膜、聚酯纖維素膜、塑料背襯、塑料模板組成。
• 一次性滅菌唾液取樣棒（40人份）
• 唾液收集器（40人份）
• 使用說明書（1份）

• 【檢驗方法】

• 撕開鋁箔袋，取出試劑，應在1小時內盡快使用。
• 拿出一次性唾液收集器。（步驟1）
• 手持收集器蓋帽使海綿頭含入口中，直至海綿頭吸滿液體（膨脹變軟）。（步驟2）
• 將海綿頭放回收集器并擰緊蓋帽，使所含樣本流入收集器下端。（步驟3）
• 將試劑盒置于干凈平坦的臺面上，同時打開滴樣孔蓋帽。（步驟4）
• 擠壓收集器上端管壁，垂直滴加2滴無空氣泡的唾液（約100ul）于加樣孔（S）中。(步驟5)
• 等待紫紅色條帶的出現，3-5分鐘時直接觀察結果，10分鐘后判定無效。

獸藥益生菌通細菌只有與寵物食品混合，被動物攝食后方能發揮功效。因此，在微生態制劑與寵物食品混合的加工生產中，應zui大限度地保證活菌數。有研究對混有微生態制劑的寵物食品進行了評估，結果表明，細菌在生產和罐裝過程中極易失活。若制劑采用的是噴涂工藝，活菌率可達60%。在1年的保質期內，約僅有25%的剩余活菌。有研究表明，獸用微生態制品中的嗜酸乳桿菌可良好耐受噴涂工藝，成功實現與寵物食品的混合而穩定保存。
1、獸用微生態制劑的有效性
