滑動摩擦磨損試驗儀的影響因素：
影響摩擦磨損試驗機的摩擦系數的因素有很多，如表面粗糙度、溫度、負荷、速度等，不同材料效果不同，下面簡要介紹一下這些因素對橡膠、塑料的影響：
塑料摩擦磨耗的影響因素
1.表面粗糙度的影響：接觸表面越粗糙，摩擦系數越大
2.溫度的影響：溫度對摩擦系數的影響不大
3.負荷的影響：隨負荷的增大而緩慢下降
4.速度的影響：中/低速，摩擦系數隨速度的增加而增大，高速下，滑動摩擦系數隨溫度的增加而降低
5.配對材料：與不同材料配對時，其摩擦系數有很大差別
橡膠摩擦磨耗的影響因素
橡膠的磨耗主要有三種形式：
1.磨損磨耗：粗糙表面上凸出的尖銳粗糙物不斷切割，刮擦
2.疲勞磨耗：硫化膠表面受周期性壓縮，剪切，拉伸等形變作用
3.卷曲磨耗：光滑表面接觸時硫化膠表面的微凹凸不平的地方發生變形。
影響因素：
實際接觸面積的影響：
1.粘附阻力的大小與兩表面的微觀接觸面積的總和成比例
2.在一定溫度下，隨著負荷的增加而產生的橡膠變形使橡膠與摩擦表面的粘結密度增加，從而使摩擦力增加
溫度和速度的影響
1.橡膠的摩擦性能具有明顯的粘彈特征
2.摩擦系數是溫度和速度的函數，在某一速度和溫度下出現極大值
3.磨耗，一般來說，溫度升高會使磨耗量增大，隨著溫度的降低，在玻璃化溫度附近，磨耗量達到最小值，然后重新上升。
表面狀態的影響
摩擦表面粗糙程度。潤滑劑的存在，磨損碎片，橡膠表面老化和環境濕度都會大大改變橡膠的摩擦性能
1.表面狀態不同時，摩擦的粘附成分變化明顯，特別是有潤滑劑時，粘附摩擦成分顯著減少。
2.潤滑和在橡膠制品表面涂有低摩擦系數的塑料，可以使摩擦系數減小，增大疲勞磨耗的成分，從而使磨耗減少。
