“顯微”PET技術 醫學和藥學常用的動物模型為小鼠模型,傳統的小動物PET的空間分辨率在1mm左右(0.7-1.1mm),可以區分各個主要臟器但是沒有辦法對各臟器內部結構進行區分。 UC Davis Simon R.Cherry教授團隊在期刊JNM發表的論文里指出“A spatial resolution of ~0.5 mm is required for a small-animal PETscanner if one wants to image the mousewith the same relative spatial resolution as achieved in a human using a clinical whole body PETscanner with 5-mm spatial resolution”(小鼠清晰PET成像需要空間分辨率達到0.5mm),即“顯微”小動物PET。[文獻來源:JNucl Med.2016July ; 57(7):1130-1135.]
