高溫平衡器適用于建材、礦山、電力、玻璃、輕工等行業的鍋爐、窯爐、高爐的余熱二次利用及煙氣、廢氣治理等各種熱風管道中，是平衡調節或截斷高溫氣體的理想設備。

The valve is widely used in building material, mining, power, glass, light industries etc. It is applied in hot windpipe system of smoke, waste gas management and in boiler, stove, and blast furnace of recycles heat. It is the ideal equipment to evenly adjust or cut down high temperature gas.

高溫平衡器采用優質鋼材焊接，內襯熱強鋼及雙層保溫耐火材料層。具有耐高溫、耐磨損、剛性強、流阻損失小、熱損失小、保溫效率高、操作靈活、指示方位明確、維護方便、使用壽命長等優點。

驅動裝置不受任何形式的控制，可以隨客戶的需要安裝。驅動形式可以分為卷揚機提升（開關信號），電動執行機構提升（4～20mA電流信號）。

The valve is welded in fine steel, having heat-resistant steel lining and double layers keeping temperature lining made in fire material. It is resistant to the ultra-high temperature, high in strength. It also has the features of endurance, little in the lost of the thermal energy and flow resistance, efficient in saving thermal energy, handy to operate, definite direction, easy to maintenance and long life.

The driving device is not controlled and can be installed according to the demａnd of user. Driving types are windlass elevating (open and close signal) and electric actuator elevating (4～20mA current signal).

工作原理：

Working principle:

高溫閘閥由閥體、閘板、起落架、換向輪、起落傳動部分構成。起落傳動裝置通過換向輪帶動閘板向上、向下作起落運動，達到系統管道密閉開通或調節狀態。閘板設有導向軌道，使閘板在運動過程中不致偏離或卡阻，通道為開敞式，積灰無法滯留在密封面上，從而不會影響閘板的關閉。

The valve is made up of body, gate, undercarriage, changing direction wheel and landing transmission parts. Landing transmission gear drive the gate moving up and down via changing direction wheel in order to reach the system pipe statement of sealed opening or regulating. There is guiding track on the gate, so the gate will not depart or be obstructed in the course of moving. The channel is opened and ash can not remain on the sealing surface, so the closing of the gate would not be affected.

卷揚提升型高溫閘閥類，通過指令卷揚電機得電，使卷揚機開始工作，卷動鋼絲繩從而提升閘板向上運動，反之則向下運動關閉，行程限位開關同步反饋閘板開關到位信號。電動執行器提升型高溫閘閥類，通過微機或上位儀表，輸入一個信號時，此信號與位置反饋信號比較，兩個信號偏差大于死區時，致使伺服電機轉動減速器的輸出軸朝減小這一偏差的方向轉動，這樣就帶動卷筒運動，卷動鋼絲，提升閘板作運動。推桿提升型高溫閘閥類，通過指令使推桿作往反運動，從而提升閘板作運動，行程開關同步反饋閘板的開關到位信號。風冷式高溫閘閥類，冷卻高壓風機的風由冷卻管進入，在閘板內腔作循環運動，帶著熱空氣由另一端排出，這樣不停的循環，致使閘板溫度下降，從而增加閘板的工作強度。

The windlass of winding elevating type begins to work after the motor is powered. The steel wire is rolled up to elevate the gate moving upwards; otherwise the gate will move downwards to close. Stroke limiting switch synchronously feeds back signals of gate. The electric actuator elevating type input a signal though microcomputer or up meter, which is compared with position feedback signal. When the warp of the two signals is more than died zone, the output axle of speed reducer will turn in the direction of reducing the warp, which will drive the convolve move and roll the steel wire to elevate the gate. The draw stems elevating type output instruction to drive the draw stem move back and forth and elevate the gate. The stroke switch synchronously feed back signals of the switch. Wind of wind cooling type enter from the cooling pipe of the cooling high pressure wind motor, move circularly in the lumen of gate and then vent from the other end with hot air. The repeating circulation will reduce the temperature of gate and enhance the working intension of the gate.

安裝及調試：

Installation and regulation:

l         傳動機構不允許作起吊用，并嚴禁損傷。

l         安裝前必須清潔閥門內腔，不允許有任何雜物和污垢附著。

l         法蘭連接的閥門安裝時，兩法蘭之間需加密封墊，然后均勻鎖緊聯接螺栓。

l         安裝完成后必須進行綜合性能檢查：接通電源開閉閥門，當閥門至“全開"“全閉"位置時，行程控制機構應準確地切斷電源，開度指示機構應準確地顯示閥門的開啟狀態。

l          Transmission device can’t be used for hoisting and avoids abrasion.

l          The body must be cleaned before installed and there is no dirt and sundries clinging to the body.

l          Add seal cushion between two flanges connection and screw down bolt when installs the valve.

l          Synthetic performance of the valve must be done after adjust is over: turn on the power and open the valve, the stroke control device should cut down the power exactly when the valve is in the state of full open or full close. The open angle indicating device should display the open state of the valve gate exactly.

運輸及保管：

Transportation and protection:

l         運輸時應避免撞擊閥門，閥門應處于全閉位置以防在運輸中閘板和傳動部件損壞。

l         當閥門水平放置運輸時傳動裝置及傳動部位應懸空，以防止傳動軸受力過大變形損壞。

l         傳動裝置及傳動部位應作防潮、防雨處理。

l         該閥應存放在干燥的室內，不允許露天存放或堆置。長期存放時應使閥門處于關閉狀態，各傳動部位加潤滑油，傳動裝置作防潮、防塵處理。

l          Avoid bumping and the valve is in full close in order to avoid damage of disc and driving part.

l          Transmission device and part can’t be hung up when the valve in horizontal in order to prevent damage of driving axle.

l          Treatment of dampproof and vainproof should be done to transmission device and part.

l          The valve should be stored in dry room. It should be in full close state when long stored. Add lubrication to the transmission part and the device should be dampproof and dustproof.
