ICAM-1 (intercellular adhesion molecule-1，細胞間黏附分子1), 也稱為CD54，是一類接到細胞與細胞、細胞與細胞外基質質檢粘附作用的膜表面糖蛋白，是免疫球蛋白的超家族成員之一。它介導表達活化的LFA-1（CD11a / CD18）和Mac-1（CD11b / CD18）的白細胞的血管粘附和細胞旁遷移，可溶性ICAM-1促進血管生成并且作為血管內皮細胞活化或損傷的指標。高水平的可溶性ICAM-1與心血管疾病，2型糖尿病，氧化應激，腹部脂肪量增加，高血壓，肝臟疾病，某些惡性腫瘤和腦瘧疾有關。

1. findings show that endothelial MAPKs ERK, p38, and JNK mediate diapedesis-related and diapedesis-unrelated functions of ICAM-1 in cerebral and dermal microvascular endothelial cells
