德國KAYSEN凱森進口不銹鋼潛水泵概述
不銹鋼潛水泵是潛水泵的一種，因為有很多潛水泵的材質是鑄鐵或者塑料的，如果僅僅用這些材質做出來的潛水泵，就很難滿足客戶的需求，如有很多有腐蝕性的介質就不能排放，如硫酸、鹽酸、硝酸等；這是它的其中一個特點。另外的特點就是除了不生銹外，還耐高溫。所以有很多廠家又生產了耐高溫不銹鋼潛水泵。雖然是不銹鋼，但是有很多輔助材料就耐不了多少高溫，一般在120°以內是沒有問題，如有些化工廠需要耐高溫200多度的還是得選用離心泵。

主要特點：

●不銹鋼潛水全部采用精密鑄造而成，除了能夠生產304的以外，還可以生產316、316L、等。

●采用不銹鋼設計的排水結構，因為一般污水泵都有一定的腐蝕性和磨損，在設計上采用了耐磨，耐腐蝕的不銹鋼作為主要材料，它具有普通潛水排污泵的全部優點，同時增加了耐磨耐腐蝕的特點，擴大了適用范圍。

●不銹鋼自身有耐高溫性能，正常情況下可耐介質溫度50度左右，在德國巴赫公司的技術改進上可在100度以下的介質溫度定做。

●304的使用范圍在PH值4-10之間好用，如果超過該介質，建議使用316或者316L。

●電壓除了可以做220V和380V以外，還可以定做440V和660V電壓。
