工作原理
盤隨膠帶運行而旋轉時,傳感器的磁感應信號輸入到控制電路中去,經放大、整形后進行計數。其計數值與預置數比較,判斷膠帶機的帶速,即:正常速度、打滑或超速等。同時,執行電路輸出相應的開關信號。

在機器人自動化技術中,旋轉運動速度測量較多,而且直線運動速度也經常通過旋轉速度間接測量。例如:測速發電機可以將旋轉速度轉變成電信號,就是一種速度傳感器。測速機要求輸出電壓與轉速間保持線性關系,并要求輸出電壓陡度大,時間及溫度穩定性好。測速機一般可分為直流式和交流式兩種。直流式測速機的勵磁方式可分為他勵式和永磁式兩種,電樞結構有帶槽的、空心的、盤式印刷電路等形式,其中帶槽式zui為常用。

隨著現今精密制造業的崛起和節省成本的需求,非接觸測速傳感器會慢慢取代接觸式測速傳感器。而現在市場上精度較、zui常用的非接觸激光測速傳感器就是ZLS-Px像差測速傳感器。像差測速傳感器有兩個端口:一個發射端口,發出LED光源;一個是速拍照端口,實現CCD面積速成像對比,通過在極短時間內的兩個時間的圖像對比,分辨被測物體移動的距離,結合傳感器內部的算法,實時輸出被測物體的速度。如圖所示,①LED光發射口,②攝像接收口,③、④接線端,⑤固定螺孔 。①LED光發射口對著被測物發射出激光,經反射到②攝像接收口,接收到信號后傳給信號處理器,通過算法計算出它的速度。
特征
旋轉式速度傳感器按安裝形式分為接觸式和非接觸式兩類。
折疊接觸式
接觸式旋轉式速度傳感器與運動物體直接接觸。當運動物體與旋轉式速度傳感器接觸時,摩擦力帶動傳感器的滾輪轉動。裝在滾輪上的轉動脈沖傳感器,發送出一連串的脈沖。每個脈沖代表著一定的距離值,從而就能測出線速度。
接觸式旋轉速度傳感器結構簡單,使用方便。但是接觸滾輪的直徑是與運動物體始終接觸著,滾輪的外周將磨損,從而影響滾輪的周長。而脈沖數對每個傳感器又是固定的。影響傳感器的測量精度。要提測量精度必須在二次儀表中增加補償電路。另外接觸式難免產生滑差,滑差的存在也將影響測量的正確性。速度傳感器

[1].光電流速傳感器

[2].光電風速傳感器

非接觸式旋轉速度傳感器壽命長,無需增加補償電路。但脈沖當量不是距離整數倍,因此速度運算相對比較速度傳感器復雜。
旋轉式速度傳感器的性能可歸納如下:
(1).傳感器的輸出信號為脈沖信號,其穩定性比較好,不易受外部噪聲干擾,對測量電路無特殊要求。
(2).結構比較簡單,成本低,性能穩定可靠。功能齊全的微機芯片,使運算變換系數易于獲得,故速度傳感器應用極為普遍。
