性 狀： 白色至灰白色纖維狀粉末或顆粒。溶于水，不溶于熱水，溶于DMF、DMSO、熱乙二醇和吡啶，不溶于無水乙醇、二和。水溶液具有表面活性，干燥后形成薄膜，經加熱和冷卻，依次經歷從溶膠至凝膠的可逆轉變。
