【Cellabs產(chǎn)品介紹】

Cellabs專門從事熱帶和傳染病免疫診斷試劑盒的開發(fā)，制造和銷售。還還專門檢測水性寄生蟲，特別是賈第蟲和隱孢子蟲，現(xiàn)在是歐洲市場上這種試劑的主要供應(yīng)商。其中Cellabs Crypto Cel Reagent是英國飲用水檢測中心的*抗體。Cellabs根據(jù)ISO13485在質(zhì)量管理體系（QMS）下生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品。所有產(chǎn)品均已在澳大利亞治療用品管理局（TGA）注冊，并根據(jù)EC指令98/79 / EC注冊。自2013年6月起，Cellabs開始制造Tropbio ELISA產(chǎn)品。 Al Tropbio產(chǎn)品在現(xiàn)有的Cellabs質(zhì)量管理體系（QMS）下以同樣的高水平的制造工藝生產(chǎn)。

INTENDED USE
The Pneumo Cel Indirect IF Test is an invitro indirect Immunofluorescence test for the detection of Pneumocystis carinii (P.jirovecii) in human specimens.
INTRODUCTION
P.carinii(P.jirovecii) (PC) is an extracellular eukaryotic organism shown to be related to the fungi (1). It is an opportunistic pathogen causing interstitial pneumonia in 
immunosuppressed hosts, such as premature infants, children with congenital immunodeficiencies and organ transplant recipients (2,3,4). With the advent of the acquired 
immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS), P. carini (P.jirovecii)i pneumonia (PCP) has emerged as the most common life-threatening opportunistic infection in these patients. PCP 
occurs in over 75% of AIDS patients (5,6,7) and is usually associated with diminished CD4+ cells (8).
PC is generally confined to the lungs, although there have been recent reports of disseminated extrapulmonary disease (9) which may be as a result of the common use of 
aerosolised pentamidine (10).
The most common form of PC is the thick-walled cyst (5-8mm) containing up to 8 intracystic bodies (sporozoites, 1-2mm). These mature into extracystic pleomorphic forms, 
the trophozoites (2-5mm). The development cycle occurs in both the alveolar epithelial cells and in the alveolar spaces.

 形態(tài)：

  卡氏肺孢子蟲為真核單細(xì)胞生物，其分類地位尚未明確。生活史中主要有兩種型體，即滋養(yǎng)體和包囊。在姬氏染色標(biāo)本中，滋養(yǎng)體呈多態(tài)形，大小為2-5µm，胞質(zhì)為淺藍(lán)色，胞核為深紫色。包囊呈圓形或橢圓形，直徑為4-6µm，略小于紅細(xì)胞，經(jīng)姬氏染色的標(biāo)本，囊壁不著色，透明似暈圈狀或環(huán)狀，成熟包囊內(nèi)含有8個香蕉形囊內(nèi)小體，各有1個核。囊內(nèi)小體的胞質(zhì)為淺藍(lán)色，核為紫紅色
