HER-2/neuTOP2A（17q21）CSP17多色探針

 人類該基因定位于染色體17q12，其編碼產物為185kD的跨膜精蛋白p185，由1255個氨基酸組成，720—987位屬于酪氨酸激酶區。Her-2/neu蛋白是具有酪氨酸蛋白激酶活性跨膜糖蛋白，是EGFR家族成員之一。
