【瘦肉精的危害】

“瘦肉精”進入動物體內后主要分布于肝臟。肌肉中含量較肝臟低很多。人攝入后在體內存留時間較長，其不良反應主要有：可引起心率加速，特別是原有心律失常的病例更易發生心臟反應，可見心室早搏、ST段與T波幅壓低，還會發出肌肉震顫，引發四肢、面頸部骨骼肌震顫，尤其是交感神經功能亢進的病例更易發生。此外，還可引起代謝紊亂、血鉀降低，引起心慌、肌肉震顫、頭痛以及臉部潮紅等。對心率失常、高血壓、青光眼、糖尿病、甲狀腺機能亢進等疾病的患者有較大危害。

【產品簡介】

本產品為克倫特羅-萊克多巴胺-沙丁胺醇三合一膠體金快速檢測卡，用于定性檢測豬、牛、羊尿液、組織和飼料中的瘦肉精殘留，整個檢測過程只需要3-5分鐘左右。

【檢測限】

克倫特羅3ng/ml（3ppb），萊克多巴胺3ng/ml（3ppb），沙丁胺醇3ng/ml（3ppb）

【產品組成】

克倫特羅-萊克多巴胺-沙丁胺醇三合一膠體金快速檢測卡（40T/盒）

滴管（1個/袋）、干燥劑（1片/袋）

【樣品處理】

用干燥、潔凈的離心管或適當容器采集50ml左右尿液。如果不立即檢測，待檢樣本在2-8℃存放，可保存24小時，注意避免腐壞造成失效或污染。出現陽性結果應按法定程序分瓶封裝樣品用于確證法檢測。

【使用步驟】

1、測試前先完整閱讀說明書，使用前將檢測卡和待檢樣本溶液恢復至室溫4～30℃。

2、從原包裝袋中取出檢測卡，打開后請在一個小時內盡快地使用。

3、將檢測卡平放，用滴管吸取待檢樣品溶液，緩慢垂直滴加2-3滴于加樣孔中，加樣后開始計時。

4、結果應在3-5分鐘時讀取，其他時間判讀無效，根據示意圖判定結果。

【結果判斷】

1. 陰性（-）：兩條紫紅色條帶出現。表示樣品中不含有瘦肉精或其濃度低于檢測限。
2. 陽性（+）：檢測T線無顯色，則表示樣品中瘦肉精濃度高于檢測限。

1. 無效：未出現質控C線，表明操作過程不正確或檢測卡已失效。

【注意事項】

1、檢測卡請在保質期內一次性使用；

2、檢測時避免陽光直射和電風扇直吹；

3、盡量不要觸摸檢測卡中央的白色膜面；

4、采樣滴管不可混用，以免交叉污染；

5、如果待檢樣本出現沉淀或渾濁物，請離心后再檢測；

6、試驗遇到的任何問題，請與供應商。

【儲存及有效期】

原包裝應儲存于4～40℃，陰涼避光干燥處，切勿冷凍；有效期24個月。有效期及批號見外包裝。

用途
用于治療喘息型支氣管炎、支氣管哮喘、肺氣腫所致的支氣管痙攣由對羥基苯乙酮經氯甲基化、酯化、溴化、胺化后再經水解、中和、氫化制得。
在現代豬肉養殖中被用作瘦肉精，來提高生豬的瘦肉產量。2002年始，被列為養殖行業違禁藥物，不得在畜禽養殖中添加。
在臨床上婦產科傳統用于治療早產，卻一直沒有被記入藥品說明書。
藥理作用
對氣道平滑肌β2受體有較高選擇性，對兒茶氧甲基轉換酶和單胺氧化化酶的抗力增加，作用時間延長, 對心臟的興奮作用很小。體外實驗，對氣道平滑肌和心肌作用所需等強度濃度比較，求得藥物的選擇性指數，以沙丁胺醇zui高為250，特布他林為138，異丙腎上腺上腺上腺素為1.4。通過患者觀察，比較靜脈注射沙丁胺醇與異丙腎上腺上腺上腺素1秒用力呼氣量（FEV1）及心率變化，沙丁胺醇較小劑量每分鐘0.1μg/kg就能明顯增加FEV1，隨劑量增加，方使心率加速，可見選擇性較高，而異丙腎上腺上腺上腺素在增加FEV1劑量時就能加速心率，選擇性較差瘦肉精  。
藥代動力學
沙丁胺醇因不易被消化道內的硫酸酯酶和組織中的兒茶酚氧位甲基轉移酶破壞，故沙丁胺醇口服有效，作用持續時間較長。口服生物利用度為30%，服后15～30min生效，血漿藥物濃度達峰時間為2～4h，作用持續6h以上。消除半衰期為2.7～5h。沙丁胺醇8mg控釋藥片經健康志愿者多次服用驗證，90%藥物以0.8mg/h的穩定速率釋出。藥物恒定釋出，避免了血藥濃度的波動。藥物釋出率不受酸堿度、胃腸蠕動及食物量影響。氣霧吸入時大部分吸入劑量被吞咽，然后由胃腸道吸收。氣霧劑的生物利用度為10%，吸入后1～5min生效，1h達高峰。沙丁胺醇大部分在腸壁和肝臟代謝，進入血液循環的原形藥物少于20%。沙丁胺醇口服或吸入后，80%在3天內由尿液中排出瘦肉精  。
適應癥
用于各型支氣管哮喘以及伴有支氣管痙攣的各種支氣管及肺部疾患；產科用于防治早產，并可解除胎盤血管痙攣，增加胎盤血流量。用于竇性心動過緩、竇性停搏、竇房傳導阻滯、房室傳導阻滯等緩慢性心律失常及心力衰竭等瘦肉精。
中毒
沙丁胺醇（喘樂寧、舒喘靈、羥甲叔丁腎上腺素）的支氣管擴張作用與異丙基腎上腺素相等，作用持續時間較長；增加心率作用僅為異丙基腎上腺素的1/10。用于治療支氣管哮喘、喘息性支氣管炎和肺氣腫患者的支氣管痙攣，口服或氣霧吸入給藥。口服的生物利用度約30%，15～30min起效，維持6h以上；氣霧吸入的生物利用度約10%，1～5min起效，維持時間4～6h。
