【埃博拉簡介】

埃博拉（Ebola virus）又譯作伊波拉病毒。是一種十分罕見的病毒，1976年在蘇丹南部和剛果（金）（舊稱扎伊爾）的埃博拉河地區發現它的存在后，引起醫學界的廣泛關注和重視，“埃博拉”由此而得名。是一個用來稱呼一群屬于纖維病毒科埃博拉病毒屬下數種病毒的通用術語。是一種能引起人類和靈長類動物產生埃博拉出血熱的烈性傳染病病毒，有很高的死亡率，在50%至90%之間，致死原因主要為中風、心肌梗塞、低血容量休克或多發性器官衰竭。

埃博拉出血熱（EBHF）是由一種絲狀病毒感染導致的急性出血性、動物源性傳染病。1976年，埃博拉出血熱在非洲的蘇丹和扎伊爾暴發，病死率高達50% ～ 90% 。因該病始發于扎伊爾北部的埃博拉河流，并在該區域嚴重流行，故命名為埃博拉病毒，其形態學、致病性等與馬爾堡病毒相似，但免疫原性有所區別。

2014年8月14日，針對埃博拉出血熱在非洲蔓延的情況，華大基因聯合軍事醫學科學院微生物流行病研究所成功研制出埃博拉病毒核酸檢測試劑，以待國內一旦出現疫情時使用。
2014年9月19日，中國疾控中心表示，中國疾控中心病毒病所已成功研制埃博拉病毒核酸、抗原和抗體檢測試劑。9月16日中國疾控中心派出的赴塞拉利昂實驗室檢測隊攜帶了該檢測試劑，并將利用該試劑在塞拉利昂開展病毒檢測任務。據中國疾控中心病毒病所研究員李德新介紹，法國巴斯德研究所與中國疾控中心有著長期友好的合作關系。8月中疾控病毒病所派研究人員赴法開展埃博拉出血熱檢測方法合作研究，完成了熒光RT-PCR核酸檢測試劑盒、膠體金免疫層析法抗原檢測試劑盒、酶聯免疫吸附法抗原檢測試劑盒等埃博拉病毒檢測試劑盒的驗證工作，并獲得了較好的效果。病毒病所已和生物技術公司合作，組裝成可方便使用的扎伊爾型埃博拉病毒核酸檢測試劑盒—“埃博拉病毒扎伊爾型核酸檢測試劑盒”，該試劑盒將在西非埃博拉出血熱疫情和應對，以及在中國埃博拉疫情的監測、診斷及防控中發揮重要作用。[125]
2014年10月8日，四環醫藥宣布，其已向中埃博拉病毒事醫學科學院支付1000萬元人民幣技術轉讓和藥物開發費，并將與軍科院合作開發后者研制的抗埃博拉病埃博拉物jk-05。這種新藥是當前大約15種抗埃博拉病毒的實驗性藥物之一，這些藥物在世界各地實驗室進行的細胞培養和動物試驗中證明有一定效果。四環醫藥的一名發言人明確表示，該公司擬將jk-05開發為一種廣譜抗病埃博拉物，除了抗埃博拉病毒外，還能對付流感、黃熱病和其它病毒。該公司表示，該藥具有“巨大”市場潛力，尤其是在中國抗擊流感傳播方面。
