【埃博拉簡介】

埃博拉（Ebola virus）又譯作伊波拉病毒。是一種十分罕見的病毒，1976年在蘇丹南部和剛果（金）（舊稱扎伊爾）的埃博拉河地區發現它的存在后，引起醫學界的廣泛關注和重視，“埃博拉”由此而得名。是一個用來稱呼一群屬于纖維病毒科埃博拉病毒屬下數種病毒的通用術語。是一種能引起人類和靈長類動物產生埃博拉出血熱的烈性傳染病病毒，有很高的死亡率，在50%至90%之間，致死原因主要為中風、心肌梗塞、低血容量休克或多發性器官衰竭。

埃博拉出血熱（EBHF）是由一種絲狀病毒感染導致的急性出血性、動物源性傳染病。1976年，埃博拉出血熱在非洲的蘇丹和扎伊爾暴發，病死率高達50% ～ 90% 。因該病始發于扎伊爾北部的埃博拉河流，并在該區域嚴重流行，故命名為埃博拉病毒，其形態學、致病性等與馬爾堡病毒相似，但免疫原性有所區別。

該產品是世界衛生組織（WHO）*個批準用于埃博拉病毒檢測的診斷試劑卡。不需要借助其他實驗儀器設備，只需要采取幾滴血清、血漿、血液樣品，既可以檢測，并在15分鐘內就可以得知結果是否感染埃博拉病毒。該產品具有靈敏度高、操作方便、實驗時間短等特點。

世衛組織總干事陳馮富珍在華盛頓埃博拉病毒基金會舉行的記者會上表示，埃博拉病毒被發現已近40年，此次疫情是zui嚴重和zui復雜的。截至本周，幾內亞、塞拉利昂和利比里亞已有約3500例確診或疑似病例，超過1900人死亡。[43]
截至2014年9月16日，西非地區累計出現埃博拉病毒確診、疑似和可能感染病例4985例，2461人埃博拉病毒死亡。隨著疫情迅速蔓延，過去21天中的新增病例數已占全部病例數量的50%。[26]
截至2014年9月28日，疫情重埃博拉病毒幾內亞、利比里亞和塞拉利昂累計發現埃博拉病毒確診、疑似和可能感染病例7157例，死亡3330人。[44]
2014年10月1日，美國有線電視新聞網（CNN）報道德克薩斯州達拉斯長老會醫院正在治療在美國診斷出的*埃博拉病人。聯邦疾病防治中心（CDC）主任弗利丹（Thomas Frieden）9月30日證實，那名埃博拉患者是從利比里亞回到美國的。[45]  2014年10月8日，美國得克薩斯州達拉斯市一家醫院宣布，美國本土發現的*埃博拉患者于當地時間8日上午不治身亡。[46]
世界衛生組織當地時間29日稱，此輪埃博拉疫情爆發中感染病例數量已接近1.4萬人。不過世衛組織同時也表示，在疫情zui嚴重的國家利比里亞，感染病例增加速度正在減慢。
報道稱，世衛組織發布的消息稱，在受疫情影響zui嚴重的幾內亞、利比里亞和塞拉利昂這三個國家中，已經有4910人死于確認、疑似或可能的埃博拉病毒感染。
在上述三個國家中，已報告的確認、可能或疑似感染病例共計13676個。[47]
日本厚生勞動省2014年11月7日宣布，一名曾在西非利比里亞有過短暫停留經歷的60歲男子突然出現發熱癥狀，相關部門正在對其進行緊急檢查，以確認其是否感染上了埃博拉。[48]
自11月7日起，在得州的所有埃博拉患者以及與埃博拉患者有過接觸的人都已經安全的度過21天。
負責監督達拉斯郡對埃博拉疫情反應的埃博拉病毒詹金斯說，11月7日午夜起，達拉斯郡就可宣告擺脫埃博拉了。[49]
2014年11月10日，組織“無國界醫生”宣布，利比里亞感染埃博拉病毒的病例*減少。但專家同時指出，這并不意味著，疫情即將結束。
“無國界醫生”組織在利比里亞首都蒙羅維亞的醫院共有250個床位，而目前僅有50名患者在此接受治療。而在該國北部，類似機構中已不再有正在接受治療的埃博拉病毒感染者，且沒有新的病例出現。該組織指出，利比里亞感染埃博拉病毒的病例*減少。
