【埃博拉簡介】

埃博拉（Ebola virus）又譯作伊波拉病毒。是一種十分罕見的病毒，1976年在蘇丹南部和剛果（金）（舊稱扎伊爾）的埃博拉河地區(qū)發(fā)現(xiàn)它的存在后，引起醫(yī)學(xué)界的廣泛關(guān)注和重視，“埃博拉”由此而得名。是一個用來稱呼一群屬于纖維病毒科埃博拉病毒屬下數(shù)種病毒的通用術(shù)語。是一種能引起人類和靈長類動物產(chǎn)生埃博拉出血熱的烈性傳染病病毒，有很高的死亡率，在50%至90%之間，致死原因主要為中風(fēng)、心肌梗塞、低血容量休克或多發(fā)性器官衰竭。

埃博拉出血熱（EBHF）是由一種絲狀病毒感染導(dǎo)致的急性出血性、動物源性傳染病。1976年，埃博拉出血熱在非洲的蘇丹和扎伊爾暴發(fā)，病死率高達(dá)50% ～ 90% 。因該病始發(fā)于扎伊爾北部的埃博拉河流，并在該區(qū)域嚴(yán)重流行，故命名為埃博拉病毒，其形態(tài)學(xué)、致病性等與馬爾堡病毒相似，但免疫原性有所區(qū)別。

日內(nèi)瓦消息：世界衛(wèi)生組織8月21日確認(rèn)，剛果民主共和國（剛果金）東部地區(qū)近來爆發(fā)埃博拉出血熱疫情。截至8月19日，已導(dǎo)致包括3名醫(yī)護(hù)人員在內(nèi)的至少9人死亡。
世界衛(wèi)生組織指出，剛果（金）境內(nèi)東方省的三個地區(qū)——伊西羅（Isiro），巴瓦（Pawa）和敦古（Dungu）目前共發(fā)現(xiàn)15起疑似埃博拉出血熱病例，其中已有兩起得到確癥。
世衛(wèi)組織發(fā)言人格倫·托馬斯（Glenn Thomas）表示，目前世衛(wèi)組織正在研究證實此次埃博拉疫情是否與上個月發(fā)生在烏干達(dá)的疫情有關(guān)。
托馬斯說：“伊西羅地區(qū)共有8人死亡，其中包括3名醫(yī)護(hù)人員，另有12起疑似病例；巴瓦地區(qū)發(fā)現(xiàn)2起病例，但無人死亡；敦古地區(qū)發(fā)現(xiàn)1起死亡病例。”
目前，剛果（金）衛(wèi)生部已組成一個國家衛(wèi)生工作隊，并與世衛(wèi)組織、無國界醫(yī)生組織比利時及瑞士分部以及疾病控制和預(yù)防中心（CDC）共同努力控制疫情。此外，剛果（金）各地還建立了類似的省級和區(qū)級工作隊，以便對疫情的應(yīng)對工作進(jìn)行監(jiān)督和指導(dǎo)。世衛(wèi)組織尚不建議對剛果（金）發(fā)布旅行禁令。
