【埃博拉簡介】

埃博拉（Ebola virus）又譯作伊波拉病毒。是一種十分罕見的病毒，1976年在蘇丹南部和剛果（金）（舊稱扎伊爾）的埃博拉河地區(qū)發(fā)現(xiàn)它的存在后，引起醫(yī)學界的廣泛關注和重視，“埃博拉”由此而得名。是一個用來稱呼一群屬于纖維病毒科埃博拉病毒屬下數種病毒的通用術語。是一種能引起人類和靈長類動物產生埃博拉出血熱的烈性傳染病病毒，有很高的死亡率，在50%至90%之間，致死原因主要為中風、心肌梗塞、低血容量休克或多發(fā)性器官衰竭。

埃博拉出血熱（EBHF）是由一種絲狀病毒感染導致的急性出血性、動物源性傳染病。1976年，埃博拉出血熱在非洲的蘇丹和扎伊爾暴發(fā)，病死率高達50% ～ 90% 。因該病始發(fā)于扎伊爾北部的埃博拉河流，并在該區(qū)域嚴重流行，故命名為埃博拉病毒，其形態(tài)學、致病性等與馬爾堡病毒相似，但免疫原性有所區(qū)別。

概況
    埃博拉出血熱是一種由埃博拉病毒引起的烈性傳染病，病死率很高，可達50~90％，臨床上以發(fā)熱及出血為特征。埃博拉病毒源于非洲的剛果，在生物安全等級上和天花病毒同為zui危險的第四級，1976年首度在非洲扎伊爾北部和蘇丹南部出現(xiàn)，此后又先后出現(xiàn)在加蓬、剛果、科特迪瓦、烏干達等國家中。到目前為止，尚未弄清埃博拉病毒的自然宿主是什么，但此自然宿主似乎存在于非洲大陸的熱帶雨林以及西太平洋地區(qū)中。世界衛(wèi)生組織已將埃博拉病毒列為對人類危害zui嚴重的病毒之一。
    病因
    埃博拉病毒可分為四種不同亞型：扎伊爾埃博拉、蘇丹埃博拉、科特迪瓦埃博拉和瑞斯頓埃博拉。前3種亞型可使人和靈長類動物發(fā)病，其中扎伊爾埃博拉的致死率為88.8%；蘇丹埃博拉則為53.2%。而瑞斯頓埃博拉只會使靈長類動物發(fā)病，但人類也可能感染這種病毒亞型從而成為無癥狀的病毒攜帶者，在西太平洋就有這種病例出現(xiàn)。
    傳播方式
    一般來講，埃博拉出血熱有4個傳播途徑：直接接觸病人的血液、分泌物等體液傳播；通過直接接觸病人尸體傳播；處理發(fā)病或病死的猩猩、獼猴等動物引起傳播；醫(yī)務人員在護理病人時不采取有效的個人防護也會引起傳播。
