MAP-2檢測試劑盒
原理簡述：MAP2是微管相關蛋白(microtubule-associated proteins,MAPs家族中的成員之一。MAPs和微管蛋白(tubulin是組成微管(microtubule,MT的主要成分。MT是細胞骨架的主要結構成分之一,參與細胞的許多生理功能,如以紡錘體的形式參與細胞的有絲分裂。MAP-2檢測試劑盒MAPs是一蛋白質家族,包括MAP1、MAP2、MAP3、MAP4、MAP5、MAP6等。MAP2是一組熱穩定的磷蛋白,其同形異構體包括MAP2a、MAP2b、MAP2c、MAP2d及MAP2e。MAP2在腦內含量豐富,主要位于神經元的軸突和樹突內。
