1 用途和適用范圍
1 Purpose and scope
BXD51防爆動力配電箱是按GB3836.1～3設(shè)計(jì)和制造，配電箱主要用于1區(qū)或2區(qū)中含有爆炸性混合物為Ⅱ類B級T4組及以下爆炸危險(xiǎn)場所，作為交流50Hz，額定電壓至380V，動力配電用，且具有過載和短路保護(hù)。帶漏電保護(hù)配電箱還具有漏電保護(hù)性能。
BXD51 explosion-proof power distribution box is GB3836.1 ~ 3 design and manufacturing, distribution box is mainly used for zone 1 or 2 region containing explosive mixtures for class II B and below T4 group explosive dangerous location, as the exchange of 50Hz, rated voltage up to 380V, power distribution, and has overload and short circuit protection. 明裝防爆動力配電箱，BXD51防爆動力配電箱在下列情況下能夠可靠工作

3．1 周圍空氣溫度上限值不超過+40℃，下限值不低于-20℃，且24小時(shí)內(nèi)的平均值不超過+35℃；

4 明裝防爆動力配電箱，BXD51防爆動力配電箱主要結(jié)構(gòu)
The 4 main structure
配電箱外殼采用ZL102鑄鋁合金制成隔爆型主腔及增安型接線腔，采用模塊結(jié)構(gòu)組合而成。主腔內(nèi)裝有C45N系列斷路器或3VA系列斷路器。通過操作機(jī)構(gòu)及外殼手柄（或按鈕）進(jìn)行操作，每回路有“分”、“合”指示，且有指示燈顯示，接線腔內(nèi)有供方便接線的接線端子，電纜通過電纜引入裝置引入，可電纜布線或鋼管布線，并設(shè)有內(nèi)外接地螺釘。

5 明裝防爆動力配電箱，BXD51防爆動力配電箱使用與維修
5 use and repair
5．1 將配電箱安裝固定好，將進(jìn)出線腔蓋打開，把電纜通過引入裝置接至接線端子上，接好內(nèi)外接地線，檢查無誤后合上蓋，用緊固件緊固，并把壓緊螺母旋緊使電纜密封，完畢后即可使用。

5．2 配電箱不得隨意拆卸，維修進(jìn)先斷開電源后，才能開蓋維修，維修時(shí)不得損壞隔爆面，維修后隔爆接合面涂204-1防銹油，并將蓋合好，用螺栓緊固后才能使用。
