1 用途和適用范圍
1 Purpose and scope
BXD53防爆動力配電箱是按GB3836.1～83《爆炸性環(huán)境用防爆電氣設(shè)備 通用要求》，GB3836.2～83《爆炸性環(huán)境用防爆電氣設(shè)備 隔爆型電氣設(shè)備“d”》設(shè)計(jì)和制造。配電箱主要用于1區(qū)或2區(qū)中含有爆炸性混合物為Ⅱ類B級T6組及以下爆炸危險場所，作為交流50Hz，額定電壓至380V，分支回路額定電流100A的電路中作不頻繁接通與分?jǐn)嘀?，且具有過載和短路保護(hù)。

配電箱外殼采用ZL102鑄鋁合金制成隔爆型主腔及接線腔，主腔內(nèi)裝有DZ20L系列斷路器，通過操作機(jī)構(gòu)及外殼手柄進(jìn)行操作，每回路有“分”、“合”指示，且有指示燈顯示，接線腔內(nèi)有與主腔相貫通的接線端子，并有電纜引入裝置，設(shè)有內(nèi)外接地螺釘。

5 use and repair
5．1 將配電箱安裝固定好，將進(jìn)出線腔蓋打開，把電纜通過引入裝置接至接線端子上，接好內(nèi)外接地線，檢查無誤后合上蓋，用緊固件緊固，并把壓緊螺母旋緊使電纜密封，完畢后即可使用。
