1 Purpose and scope
BXL-100防爆吸頂燈適用于爆炸性氣體混合物場所（1區）或2區,溫度組別為T3和粉塵爆炸危險場所11區,溫度組別為T13。爆炸性氣體混合物為Ⅱ類，在交流50Hz、額定電壓220V的線路中作照明之用。
BXL-100 explosion-proof ceiling is applicable to explosive gas mixture places （zone 1） or 2 zones, T3 temperature group and dust explosion hazardous area zone 11, T13 temperature group. Explosive gas mixture for class II, as the lighting used in AC 50Hz, rated voltage 220V circuit.
吸頂燈按GB3836.1和GB3836.3和GB12476.1設計、制造和檢驗。

3 Structure Overview
吸頂燈由ZL102鑄鋁合金外殼、玻璃罩、保護網等部分組成。外殼及保護網表面噴塑，內裝E27增安型燈座。本產品結構緊湊。可鋼管布線或電纜布線。

6 installation, use and repair
6．1 安裝前應檢查產品銘牌上所列參數是否與實際使用條件相符。
6.1 before installation should check the product nameplate on the parameters listed with the actual conditions of use.
6．2 安裝時應將電纜通過密封圈接至接線腔內接線柱上，接好內外接地螺釘，并壓緊密封圈，以確保其密封性能。
6.2 should be installed by a cable sealing ring is connected to the wiring cavity terminal, then good internal and external grounding screw, and compress the sealing ring, to ensure the sealing performance.
6．3 所有橡膠密封墊必須壓緊，維修時若發現其老化，應及時更換。

6．4 維修及更換燈泡時，應先斷開電源，待燈泡冷卻后才能開蓋進行。
