【原理介紹】β-Defensin，β－防御素。β-Defensin是一種富含半*陽離子多肽，人β防御素(β-Defensin)ELISA檢測試劑盒含有 6個穩(wěn)定的半*，分別以 l－6，2－4，3一5連接形成三個分子的二硫鍵，構成穩(wěn)定的反相平行的三股β一片層結構。二流鍵可以使小分子防御素緊密聯(lián)結以防御蛋白酶水解，所以在富含蛋白的吞噬溶酶體環(huán)境中仍能保持其特性，這也是防御素區(qū)別與其他抗微生物肽的主要因素。pBD－1除上述結構外，還含有2個*、7個賴氨酸，且在成熟的肽中不含有陰離子殘基。預先包被的β-Defensin(β－防御素)抗體為多克隆β-Defensin(β－防御素)抗體。檢測相β-Defensin(β－防御素)抗體也為多克隆β-Defensin(β－防御素)抗體，經*(biotin)標記。樣品和*標記β-Defensin(β－防御素)抗體先后加入酶標板孔反應后，PBS或TBS洗滌。隨后加入過氧化物酶標記的親和素反應；經過PBS或TBS的*洗滌后用底物TMB顯色。TMB在過氧化物酶的催化下轉化成藍色，并在酸的作用下轉化成zui終的黃色。顏色的深淺和樣品中的待測因子呈正相關。
